11. With lockdown coming up, this is to help you and your loved ones Calm the mind.

When we were told that there will be a 2nd lockdown, I spontaneously made this recording to share some helpful knowledge as well as ancient wisdom about how to calm the mind - I also take you through a meditation with dreamy visuals.

If you are living with someone and you experience tension between the two of you, especially as we go into lockdown, it might be helpful for them, as well, to understand how the mind has a tendency to project our own 'stuff' onto others - and how to calm down that aspect of the mind.

As always my door is always open should you wish to work on yourself.
