Enjoy a guided meditation that you can adjust to fit your needs -maybe you would like to feel calm, courageous, joyful, strong or something else, it's completely up to you. I suggest becoming clear on this before we meditate though. You can listen to it in the morning to set yourself up for the day or a special occasions, you can use it in the afternoon giving yourself a nice healthy break or maybe you want to listen to it before you sleep and feel asleep whilst in a very resourceful state.
