Three Questions to help you access your inner Calm

Today’s blog post is a tip rather than a meditation (tbh, I’m waiting for a new laptop that will make it smoother for me to record meditations:)

My invitation to you is that you write down your answers to Q 1 and 3 - and remind yourself of these answers every day if needed.

Q 2 is more about associating into a memory. Which I definitely suggest that you do, whenever you want to plug into your inner Calm.

Your subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between reality and imagination, which is why visualisations and ultimately hypnotherapy is so beneficial for changing old patterns.
