10. Soothing meditation - body scan and connecting with that which is loving and beyond yourself.

This morning as I sat on my balcony and was getting ready to meditate. I thought of a dear client who asked me recently, about what I do myself, when I meditate and what I believe, when it comes to spirituality. Therefore this meditation is me talking you through, what I chose to do this morning in my meditation and inviting you to join and experience your version of that:)
