I chat with Nathalie Roth (Health and Well-being Coach) about what it feels like for us to be in 'solo-isolation' - and why it‘s a good idea to not numb our feelings. How we feel when in isolation is of course just one aspect of the whole situation. We fully respect that sadly there are people suffering with corona and/or going into bankruptcy, at this moment in time, but that is not what this chat is about.
